Consumer 1st Law Group of Woodbury NY is not and I repeat NOT A LAW FIRM!!!! It is your classic boiler room operation plain and simple. No 110 attorneys across the nation, No special treatment from Bank of America. They make up the fees as the go along one client can be told to pay $2500 while the next will be quoted $4500 they say it depends on the amount of work that has to go into the file its all Bu***hit!!!!!!! They trick the homeowner into thinking that they will be well represented by making the client wait for a so called approval from the managing attorney Its bu***hit the approval is generated by the salesperson!!!! They all work on commission but they tell the homeowners they get a salary. The commission checks come from the attorney but he is just a front. If you by chance find your self on the phone with one of these clowns ask them for the names and telephone numbers of just 10 of the 110 attorneys that work for this firm sit back and prepare to be entertained. Keep your hard earned money in your pocket dont say you have not been WARNED.

Hello,

I am writing as a pro bono attorney working with the Prevent Loan Scams Project of the Lawyers' Committee, a not-for-profit organization based in New York. My colleagues and I, of the law firm Davis Polk & Wardwell, are working with Lawyers' Committee to investigate entities and individuals that are possibly involved in loan modification scam operations. We are trying to help people who have been scammed, and are working free of charge, on a pro bono basis.

We have seen several complaints on the internet concerning Consumer First Law Group and Consumer First Corporation. If you have a complaint about either of these companies, we would be interested in speaking with you to learn more about your experience and investigate the companies further.

There is no charge for anything we do for or with you. We are simply trying to help. You can learn more about the Prevent Loan Scams project at www.preventloanscams.org.

Please feel free to contact us at [email protected] or (212) 450-6593. We look forward to hearing from you.
