| Beware they are at it again !!!Kramer and Kaslow Law Group no stranger to Ripp Off Report There Saga continues they have affiliates that are an intake service for their ripp off scheme that has gone on for 2 yrs now first they started with modifications,than loan audits and now they call it a "Mortgage Compliance Review" charging $2350 for the mortgage compliance review, than they nail you for another $1650 to become a plaintiff on the Mass Joinder Lawsuit Its just a front to continue taking money from people who work hard .Was called Mass Litigation Alliance, just a week ago was Mass Litigation Advisersand now they are Consolidated Litigation Group..They are continuously changing there names and numbers but the fbi is on to them ..Thay have offices in Culver City, Newport Beach, Santa Ana, Encino all in California ...Beware of what they try and sell you on this Mass Joinder Law Suit . |

| Thank God I did not read these bogus comments on the web..Thank God I was born with the intuition to trust my hunches to do the right thing to seek the justice from these bogus, decietful banks whom I trusted like many other honest Americans when I purchased my home six years ago..I bet this post is from some stupid bank..Consolidated Litigation Group kept me out of foreclosure, saved my home and my marriage and my family..I now have a loan I can live with and a happy wife and family, , Thank you so much CLG. |

Attorney General Kamala D. Harris Sues Law Firms Engaged in National "Mass Joinder" Mortgage Fraud
SAN FRANCISCO --- Attorney General Kamala D. Harris today announced that the California Department of Justice, in conjunction with the State Bar of California, has sued multiple entities accused of fraudulently taking millions of dollars from thousands of homeowners who were led to believe they would receive relief on their mortgages.
Attorney General Harris sued Philip Kramer, the Law Offices of Kramer & Kaslow, two other law firms, three other lawyers, and 14 other defendants who are accused of working together to defraud homeowners across the country through the deceptive marketing of "mass joinder" lawsuits. "Mass joinder" lawsuits are lawsuits with hundreds, or more, individually named plaintiffs. This is the first consumer action by the Attorney General's Mortgage Fraud Strike Force. |
