Phillips And Associates ripoff Attorneys and Lawyers Phoenix Arizona

i went to phillips and associates about 2 weeks ago to inquire about filing bankruptcy as ive been having some financial issues and getting divorced last year didnt help the matter. so i spoke to dean turnbow one of there legal associates and also spoke to robert teague an actual lawyer and they agreed to take the case. well fast forward a few days and i decide to postpone things due to just moving into an apartment and well im kinda partial to housing and shelter. i call them to get the wheels rolling on this matter and suddenly a lady named norma, another lady named tracy and a gentleman named larry lamon are all calling me in this matter saying yeah we can postpone it for you no problem just come in and speak to someone in accounting when you get a chance. so i was going to on my day off from work. well in the meantime they decide to take 400 dollars out of my account anyway. i call them the next morning since all i could get was some smartass punk on there answering service who wouldnt tell me anything. so then i decide to cancel. call ted ramirez who supposedly handles there cancellations and ted schill calls me back. ted says yes you can cancel just come down and sign cancellation paperwork which i did today. now im being told they have to review the cancellation before it can go through. im thinking what the fuck i just simply want to cancel im sick of this mickey mouse bullshit. this information is from dean turnbow who i met with when i stupidly agreed to this. in my opinion there is no reason to review it just cancel the damn thing and get my fuckin money back to me. i swear if i lose my home over this i will sue the **** out of these ********. is there anyone on here who can give some tips for this sort of thing because it seems to good to be true.
