Comcast Comcast committed breach of contract on the 200.00 rebate after 90 days of on time payments. Frederick, Maryland

I left Dish Network in September 2010 and went to Comcast to open up a Tripple Play account.I was told by the Comcast representative, for which I have all the online information saved from my conversations with the online customer service person, that I needed to sign and accept a contract for which I did online and I received a conformation number. I was told that I needed to pay for 90 days of payments on time in order to get the $200.00 Visa Gift card from Comcast.

After 90 days of uninterupted payments, I contacted Comcast serveral times over the phone with each time resulting me in getting a run around. I was told that for some reason my agreement had not be completed and I told the customer service person at the time that I have a conformation number that I had received from the first time I submitted the agreement. The customer service person had me do another agreement online and I was told that I would have to wait approximately another 90 days to get my money.

I have paid my bill to Comcast on time ever since I took on Comcast as a Cable TV provider and I have still not received my 200.00 Visa Gift card.I formally warned Comcast this evening that I am going to file formal charges against Comcast, turn them into the Better Business Bureau, and file a formal complaint with the Maryland District Attourney's office for false adverstisement, misleading and deceptive practices, and breach of contract. Comcast is not going to get away with this one.
