I paid for there service and read through all the info they sent me. I had one question to verify before I went to court and the response I got was extremely rude. I was told that I could not question a single thing they sent me and my money back guarantee was VOID!!!!!!!!!! The original email sent to me stated to visit a website. It told me to go to the following site: http://mutcd.fhwa.dot.gov/kno-users.htm. To Print out the first few pages as PROOF THAT THE STATE your ticket was issued in, USES MUTCD guidelines as its main guidelines for traffic law. Then to Print out the list of States that shows that yours like all others is on one of the lists. It stated on the website that California has its own guidelines. I wanted to just make sure that they were one and the same. They sent me the rude email back basically implying that I was stupid and did not follow there directions. I am not a state worker or a Lawyer. How am I expected to know the manuals word for word to know if they are the same. Nowhere in the email did it specify California had there own and it was the same!! They expect you to already know this????? If I knew it all I wouldn't have paid them for the info!!! ********BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!! THEY WILL USE ANYTHING AGAINST YOU TO PULL OUT OF THEIR MONEY BACK GUARANTEE!!!!!!!!! My recommendation to you is don't use them. Find another company that is more customer service friendly and worth giving your money to! **********
