We located a lense we wanted to buy for my brother and take to him in overseas. we ordered it online and paid for 3 day delivery to ensure it was here before we departed. We were called the following sunday by a sales rep who in good faith wanted to make sure we knew that this lense didnt work with ``digital `` cameras, so i confirmed with my brother which camera he had. we were told that no charge would be taken until the lense was shipped. We altered out order to the ``digital`` version of the same lense for 490 dollars more, and i called cannon to confirm the new cannon lense would indeed work perfectly with my brothers cannon camera. Cannon told me they do not make lenses that would not work with their own cameras as long as the body size was correct. i called to tell Closeout that my initial order was indeed correct and i didnt need a `steel connected`lense for digital. a week later i called to follow up on my order and was told it was cancelled due to it being backordered. It is now too late for me to go elsewhere for the lense before we leave. On top of all that the refund we were given was over 100 dollars short of the initial charge, which never should have been taken at all.
