Chrysler Warrent did not do as they said Troy, MI 48007, Nationwide

I bought a chrysler warranty for 2007 gmc i had trouble with a driveline noise i had taking it to three dealers to try to get it fix all of them could tell me it was not a normal noise but could not tell me what it was i had call chrysler warranty and ask if they could help me as to where i could take it 4 or 5 times all they said is take it to the dealer so i did well i was running out of time on my warranty so i call them one more time and ask if they could tell me another shop i could try they said the dealer once more so i did . it was in the shop when the warranty ran out and they still had no ideal what it was , so they call and said they couldn,t find out what it was and i needed to pick it up . as they couldn,t fix it i call chrysler warranty to ask if i could try someone else to try to get it fix they told me once i left with my truck it was out of warranty even if it was something the dealership it was at couldn,t fix it , out of all the shop i have taking it to they all told me the samething . I finally found someone beside a dealer that knew what the noise is so i try calling one more time to see if they may cover it and they told me it was out of warranty and thier was noway to change it i ask if thier was someone i could talk to above them and they said no so i,m trying this in hope someone at chrysler will read and try to make it right , i,m not someone who like do this kind of thing but i just wanted other to know not to take thier cars out of the shop if your warranty go out while it in thier because it they close the invoice you have no way to go back on them unless you go to a lawer and hope they will take your case to try to get your car or truck fix. and that where i am going to be in the next few day unless they change thier minds and i find someone else to talk to !
