was The WORST car buying experience in my life. I never knew how badly people get treated until I had to go through Bankruptcy my self and now had to buy a car.Tthis is a new experience for me. These guys are LIARS, CHEATS & have NO ETHICS. they are rottren from the head down, and I dealt with three mangers there and they were All terrible. The car had more miles than was advertised. not a few miles , I'm talking over 2500 miles over, they were dismissive because they thought I was not going to get approved and will not come up with 30 % down payment. I jumped through all the hoops with their credit department, and got approved, and that's when they knew they had me by the balls and they changed their nice tone to just plain dishonesty. They promised to reduce the price of the car, they promised to touch up the paint, they promised to repair a few other things , they denied they ever said that. I asked to take my approved loan to buy a car somewhere else ( which is my right to do so) they refused to tell me which bank had approved me, then they told me some bogus name like UCC or something vague that you can't even research on your own. My wife desperately needed the car to get to her job and they had me., and treated us in a horrible manner on top of that. I still bought the car, I had no choice, and could not go through this again dealing with yet another car lot. The bank that approved me was Wells Fargo.... where did that manager get UCC out of Wells Fargo! and why wouldn't he just say Wells Fargo. If you have bad credit, filed bankruptcy, or like to deal with honest people with ethics...this NOT the place to buy your car. STAY AWAY.I did not recieve any follow up calls, or customer service review form by mail or anything because they knew I was not happy. there was no effort to make things right at all. the only one excluded from this review is the poor salesman. They even made him do all the paperwork signing with me instead of the finance manager because they weren't willing to work with me. That was a first for me too. I am not making a bogus review here, Call me personally and I'll speak to you in person. 801-xxx-xxxx
