The people at Chester County Pools & Spas pride themselves on OUTSTANDING and DEDICATED customer service, but the buck stops once you pay for the pool in full. Typical sales people... They welcome you with arms wide open until the sale is closed and final. Then you end up waiting, and waiting, and waiting some more for that outstanding customer service part of the deal. What a bunch of baloney. We have since talked to other people who have shared the same experience with CCP's lack of customer service (but did not think to file a complaint or negative review anywhere to help potential new victims avoid the pitfall.) I am filing this complaint in the hopes of helping other people who are considering purchasing their pool and having it serviced by CCP to avoid the frustrating pitfalls that we are still experiencing to this date. There is nothing more stressful than people that do not follow up on their promises. Chester County Pools told us that they would guide us through the WHOLE process as new pool owners and that they also provide workshops or classes on how to close/open your pools each season. No worries there, right? Well, guess what? We never received any new pool owner intro to maintenance guidance beside what was mentioned briefly during the sales meeting. And we are still waiting for our pool closing appt, even though they said it would only be a couple weeks. Now it is close to 7 weeks later. No follow up, no customer service, no refunds, just a bunch of BS. Buyer beware. Basically, we paid them for the pool and supplies purchase, and then we had to pick up everything ourselves. You may as well order it online and have it delivered to your house. We should have known then that the customer service was just a hoax to get us to purchase from them, who by the way are EXPENSIVE. We found supplies and equipment much cheaper elsewhere after the sale. It has been nothing more than a stressful, frustrating, infuriating experience having to deal and continuously follow up with Chester County Pools & Spas.
