DO NOT ORDER FROM EBAY SELLER [email protected] OR COMISSION GARMENTS FROM THE TRADER OF email address [email protected] ( and Ebay Paypal ID ; [email protected]). They sell on Ebay and also outside of Ebay. They are a fraudulent supplier that is in the process of being struck of Ebay , given the sheer volume of complaints. I was not aware that transactions are not to be carried out outside of Ebay, and was advised to do so by [email protected] I commissioned [email protected] to make me garments and they took over 4 months to make 8 garments (after claiming it would take 28 days) to make cheap, poor quality garments that looked absolutely nothing like the photos of the original garments I have commissioned them to make (refer to the photo attached to this report). As you can see - the dresses looks like cheap market stall lingerie adorned with children’s glitter – which they were paid £300 for. I have photos of the ridiculously poor quality garments they made, should anyone wish to email me for such. They also lied and said that they would send me photos of the completed garments ahead of sending them to me. They did not do so as they knew that the poor quality garments wouldn’t be approved, and also failed to even advise me of the courier that they used to send me the garments. In addition to being fraudulent, their English is poor. [email protected] have mislead me, and tricked me into placing an order outside of Ebay. They did this purposefully as they knew that even though I paid by Paypal, Paypal would not fight for a refund on my behalf as they do not carry out investigations if the transaction is older than 45 days. Therefore. [email protected] knew that if they delayed the delivery time, I would not be able to complain via Paypal. I feel that it would be appropriate for you to place a black mark to be placed against the name of [email protected] name, should they do this to any other Ebay members. Please confirm to me that you have logged my complaint against them, and advised them of such. I appreciate that I failed to read through Ebay’s terms and policies robustly and therefore should not have agreed to their transaction, however I just want to make sure that other Ebay members or anyone in general commission them do not fall prey to this fraudulent company’s dubious ways. PLEASE NOTE THAT I have email evidence that proves all of the above. Please do not hesitate to contact me via this site for the evidence or any more information regarding this fraudulent supplier. I have taken the time out of my day to list this complaint as I do NOT want anyone to fall prey to the fraudulent and quite frankly thieving manner of [email protected] I asked them to clarify why they failed to follow my instructions, sent my poor quality garments that didn’t resemble those that were commissioned for them to advise me that it was “my fault for not sending them the labels†(which is nonsensical) to then not bothering to respond at all. Please note that the responses of [email protected] responses were slow and poor quality English throughout the whole transaction with [email protected]. I have logged official complaints with Paypal and Ebay about [email protected] DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY on business with [email protected]. BE WARNED.
