Purchased a product to help study for a certification exam. Studied and went through the questions/answers and practice tests from Testking.com... got 100%... went to take the exam. there were about 15-20 questions on the actual test. After failing noticed that alot of the answers on the testking.com practice tests were actually wrong! Emailed the company to ask for a refund as stated on their guarantee and no response. A few days later checked back and wasn't given a refund but an email said.. they would give me 20% of any future purchase! What a joke. Save your money and don't do business with them.

Purchased the 70-236 Product to help study for the corresponding Microsoft certification exam. Studied and went through the questions/answers and practice tests from Testking.com... got 100%... went to take the exam. There were about 15-20 similar questions on the actual test. After failing noticed that the detailed questions and answers are not included on the testking.com practice database! Emailed the company to ask for a refund as stated on their guarantee and no response. I never received an email! What a joke. Save your money as I will not be doing business with them ever again.

Same Thing here. They had an almost identical test to the one I was taking, but all of the answers where wrong. I failed, They told me they updated the test and I tried again. I failed a second time. I provided everything they required. This company will not honor their Guarantee,

Since I purchased through my PayPal account I have filed a complaint through them. Hopefully they will assist in refunding my money. If they do then i will be sure to use my PayPal for all online purchases.
TestKing is a ripoff
