What a complete ripoff this company is. READ your terms and conditions well. It is less flexible than the ten commandments. Your so called "trial period" of 16 days begins when you submit your order, NOT, when you recieve the product (if ever, if you live in Canada). On the 17th day you can be sure you are going to be billed for the full amount. I was billed on the 17th day and did not receive the product for another 4 weeks. This is called, reverse billing, which is not allowed in Ontario and I think all of Canada. There is a reason why Government did this, simply to protect the consumer from disreputable companies . Imagine them doing this even once to 100,000 people, throughout North America, That would be in excess of $7,000,000, for just one product. Nice scam if you think about it. They (Cellan customer service- that's a laugh) said that by agreeing with their terms and condtions, that I was also agreeing to this practice, among other things. They also reiterated that a refund is ONLY possible once you receive the product, and that if it is later the the time limit, it is the consumers responsiblity to contact the company and ask for an extension. The billing/shipment in November ONLY JUST ARRIVED Jan4/12 with a post mark out of SWEDEN! (must have been my fault for the routing through Sweden) Now of course I cannot get a refund for this since there was another "shipment" sent December 27/11. This WAS cancelled Jan2/12 but we will see. On the advice of another "victim" I am going to change my CC account to be safe. It must have got mixed up with Santa Claus's shipping, since last time I looked, Canada was just north of the USA. Anyways, for anyone reading this, BEWARE of this very company as it does not have "customer service" who is at all concerned with you, only on how to screw you out of your money. |

Cellan is a 16-day trial which starts the day of order, which you agreed to on the checkout page. If you are satisfied with the product, we bill you for your initial order and subsequent bottles every 30 days thereafter until cancelled. If you are unhappy with the product and cancel after the trial period you are charged for any bottles that have been shipped to you. The phone numbers for all countries are listed on the bottle and customer service representatives are happy to help you with cancellation of your membership.
