Castle credit corporation called my phone because i wuz late on payment so i ask how much is it to pay off system lady tells me 1900 i say i don't have that much she say well how much can u come up with i say 1200 hundred she say let me check with my manager she comes back to phone says yes .month goes bye i find out the saying i still owe 750 mind u when they called me for payment i only owe 250so i called ask to speak to manager she comes to phone i tell her problem she says its my fault i said they told me pay 1200 and we would settle account she said its a different between close and settle i said well she didn't explain that to me she had me under impression that i wuz paying off system so i say phone calls are record for quality and trying purposes so i say check she never told me cuz a difference she say u just miss understood but we won't bother u anymore it will just go on your credit like that cuz a good thing .she goes on bout howshe's the boss and she's not going back over that case it done if any body knows the main office owner please let me know this lady should not run anyone's business not my credit is taking a hit and supervisor of this company talking to me like they tricked me so what live with it my
