This is clearly a scam. I have never done a loan for a 65 year old woman. I have never done a loan in which I charged $3500 so therefore I could not have done a loan in which I charged $3500 more than another company.
HOWEVER, I know that I had a dispute with a company called Guardian. I contracted them to do work. I paid them in June to do the work and on October 31, after weeks of no emails or returned phone calls, I filed a complaint. By the way, by October 31, they had not completed ONE ITEM they promised to complete in weeks.
On Dec 5th, I reeived an email from the company threatening to make annonymous posts against me on the internet to ruin my name. Now mysteriously a few days later, I get this BS claim posted against me. I demand that you remove this obvious attempt to ruin my name or provide me with the name and IP address of the person or company posting this comment string. |

Bruce Beddard demand we give him a $500 deposit, that was to be returned to us, if he could not give us a mortgage. more then 90 days later he still states he can not give us a mortgage BUT states we lost our deposit because he tried his best.

I just spent two days. I can't get back talking to a Bruce Beddard with beddardmortgageteam.com and all I got was **. One of the first things Bruce Beddard asked for was my SSN and a $500 depoist, which of course I was reluctant to give him but finally did for the credit check. Bruce Beddard assured me my credit looked good. I went through about 20 different phone calls with all kinds of info Bruce Beddard needed. Bruce Beddard did not seem to know what he was doing from the start. Finally, Bruce Beddard left a message that he was sorry but we were not approved because of my credit report and that my deposit was not refundable! He should have known that from the very start even before he stole my $500! Good thing I wasn't home to answer the call, but my husband did call him back to complain. Bruce Beddard is a complete a waste of time and a thief! |
