Ok, thought I was done. I understood that just by clicking on the agree button I had to pay a fee of 3.87 (shipping fee). So I check my credit card and to my surprise there are more charges from Bright White, 87.13 for the shipment of the trial offer. The same one I was told was cancelled. Then there was a charge for 1.25 (convenience fee for using their website), next comes the 2.61 (international transaction fee).

When I called them for a refund I spoke to a rep that told me they will process my refund. I waited a week, nothing. Called again talked to another rep, she told me that I had to wait 15 days for it to process and she was going to restart the refund process. I waited the 15 days and nothing. Called and spoke to another rep and was told I'm not eligible for a refund because I didn't reply to the phamtom email that was never sent. I spoke to the "supervisor" she told me that I should have called within 2 hours of not receiving the "phantom" email. She gave me 3 choices, take 20.00 and shutup, ship the "unopened" product back for a partial refund minus shipping fees for 39.20 and lastly to pound sand (your not getting a dime).

Bright White is a SCAM and a RIPOFF.
