So after a quick search of Bordercuts.com name, I saw that they did not have the best reviews. Still, I purchased from the site, and when I did the money was deducted from my credit card immediately. I was sent a confirmation email, that stated I would receive a shipping email with a tracking number in a day or two. Four days passed, and no further communication.

Well, I have no patience to wait for weeks and months as other reviews stated they had. So, I called everyday for four days. I got their phone number from my credit card company's transaction log, which is: 1-866-727-9688. You will only get forwarded to a voicemail, and I left 3 messages with them with no reply. I sent 2 emails to the company, with no reply. To top it off, I went back to their website to check on my order status and it stated I had placed no orders, ever. Finally, on the 5th day I called my credit card company and had the charge disputed/reversed.

BorderCuts.com has 12 complaints with the BBB, with no rebuttals, so obviously they don't care about customer satisfaction. Stay away from the site, it is a scam.
