boost mobile cell phone company!!! how can they let anyone call in and change all of my personaal information??? Internet

I've had boost mobile service over 3 years and now the decied to allow someone that i don't even know to access my account ,due to the fact this person has my identification as far as birth certificate and social security card ,or just have it written. i didn' t receive an e-mail informing me that my account information was changed or a phone call i know that it may be an inside job, because how would the thief know that i changed my password unless someone on the inside gave it to him over the phone, pretending to be a customer to boost mobile representative and the rep just released any information not realizing that all the information was incorrect in the computer and still changed the information back to what this impastor , yes a total stranger wanted , now how foul was that from a very loyal customer, how am i supposed to trust a company with my money if anyone is going to have access to my account . thank you very much in advance for your help.
