Bought AcaiReduce and CleanseAware from internet ad that said trial for the cost of postage $7.95 each. Ended up with additional charges of credit card of $103 each. Received 2 x $200 vouchers for Lifestyle Stop (internet shop) which I have used for 3 items which have not arrived in the mail yet (we have had disruptions to postage due to Brisbane floods). Have only charged for postage on these items so far. I am very frustated as I used my sister's credit card - I am on a disability pension and repay her as soon as I use the card. We are both very angry and cannot get any reply for the companies involved. Things are tough enough with the floods in our suburb (my sister's house was flooded and our local shops will not be open for at least 4 months). I cannot afford to spend this type of money on health supplements and wouldn't have even considered it if I hadn't found such a good deal. Will be more careful in future.

I too was scammed by these bastards to the tune of $ 197.00 for EACH product. That's $ 197.00 CAD times 2!!!
I just got off the phone with my credit card company and they can't reverse the charges as somewhere in the fine print of the scammer's order form they say they are charging us this extra money for the privilege of accessing their website! I have sent emails for them to stop effective today and am keeping in contact with my credit card company too.
This is such a huge price to pay both financially and mentally. My husband was right not to trust the Internet when making purchases. Now I have to face him for my gullibility... Anyone want to do this for me??? Please? |

Initiate a charge back on your credit card against them, its the ONLY way.
Say you never received any of the product/ services they offer.
If they also misrepresentated the product you can also make a claim against them.
My wife got $400 back from them. They are very sneaky and say you agreed to being charged $199x2 for the membership but they clearly hide that in the small print on another page.
Be warned, most of their support emails and phone numbers are dead.
With enough charge backs, the bank will shut their merchant account down and hit them with hefty fees.
Hit em' HARD where it hurts. |
