I Purchased X2trial products (over the Internet)@ $7.95 each for ACAI REDUCE Herbal Capsulesand CLEANSE AWARE Herbal Capsuals. Unauthorised credit card transactions of X2 $100 and X1 $10 amounts were debited to my credit card. The total amount debited to my account was$227.83 in 5 transactions.The expected total cost as per invoices should have been X2 $7.95 All Contact details are false, emails unanswered, Bank is Investigating. Cancelled Credit Card!! Feel Very Stupid And Very Upset! Selfish Crooks!

| I've got the same experience as the above writer. In the purchase I should pay £3.95 for my trail products of acaireduce, however, the bank tell me that there's another unauthorised transaction of £128.53 came together. Fortunately, my bank knew it's not my pattern of using my card, they stopped the transaction for me straight away. Thanks for my banker who save me £128 more. |

Also ripped off. I was told the trial was free and all I had to do is pay shipping and handling. Found charges on my VISA for $7.02 and $201.95 on 3-16-2011 from Youth Nutrition with a phone number listed next to it: 877-619-2649.
Found a third charge of $201.95 on 3-18-2011 . Called my bank and together we conferenced the number listed and told by "Francesca" that the $7.02 was for a three day trial period of ACCESS to their website and since I did not cancel during those three days, I was automatically enrolled in their LIFETIME ACCESS program which cost $201.95. This transaction was for a FREE 60-day supply of Colon Lipo and all of my questions were answered in their Terms and Conditions which I supposedly agreed to when I ordered. The second charge for $201.95 was for a LIFETIME ACCESS program for Acai Lipo, but haven't even been charged for my three day trial of ACCESS to their website and have yet to receive my FREE 60-day supply of Acai Lipo. I called again today and was told by "Sylvia" that I had agreed to their terms and conditions listed on their website, my orders have already been paid for and I would not be refunded my money. I was also told by "Sylvia" that the products come from Greece, however the one pack of 60-days worth of CLEANSE AWARE said it's made in the USA. They also do not have a phone contact. |

Also recieved two invoices from TRYTADALAFIL: one for $6.95 for COLON-LIFE ACCESS and another one also for $6.95 for ACAI-TRACKER ACCESS. I have yet to receive invoices for the two charges of $201.95 each. These duplicitous clowns are very difficult to track down. So far, I have found only one contact number that when called, rings for a minimum of 10 minutes before being answered or disconnected. So far the names I have found for this "company" are:

My VISA payment is not due until May 12th. |

| i just had the same thing done to me. I have filed a police report and called. I spoke with someone and got so mad i cursed him out and he hung up on me. "Scumbag" is an understatement. I am hoping my bank and all the reports i have put out on the internet will help. |

| The same thing happened to me. If you purchased it close your bank card and get new numbers so that they dont charge you monthly. Your bank will allow u to return the products and show them proof that u did and they will refund your money. |

I am in the same situation with this company selling ACAI REDUCE AND CLEANSE AWARE except they got me for $411.90 when I thought I was paying $3.00. I disputed the charges at my 5/3rd bank, the bank took 11 days to come back and tell me that I had to call the company because I recieved the product and still had it; althought I could not reach a company representative to talk to. The bank got a phone number for me but by then I was over the what I read to be a 14 day free trial(just pay S&H). The company representative told me it was only a 3 day trial and there was nothing he could do for me. I ordered the product on 4/11 was charged on 4/18 received the product on 4/19 and on 4/20 discovered the charges and went right to my bank to dispute it.
I also posted it on FaceBook just to get the word out there.
I want to say to the people that are out there knowingly scamming people out of there money that while you may get away with it for awhile or even the rest of your time on earth, there will come a day when you'll have to answer for what you have done and I pray for you it is the CORRECT answer. |

| I too have been ripped off by BodyScienceLLC. I was offered a trial of Acai Reduce and Cleanse Aware for the cost of the postage. When I received my Credit Card statement for April I found two items I did not recognise. One was for Trim Science and the amount was 199.95 US$ at £128.89 and the other was two days later for exactly the same amount, but with the rate of exchange making it £126.95. I can find no record of the transactions, so am unable to verify the transactions. I did receive the products soon after ordering, but cannot remember exactly when. I had contacted the Credit Card company but, at the time, could not remember what had happened until I saw all the other comments and immediately remembered the same thing happening. I am now about to write to the Credit Card Co. to tell them. I did not have any contract to tell me that there was a time limit and had no means of stopping the transaction. |

My wife got scammed by these people too. Sooner you act the bettter off you are, preferably in the first 3 days of ordering. If not then, attempt to cancel in the first 30 days. You can still fight these people and do a credit card "charge back". If they get enough charge backs the banks can shut their merchant account down and hit them with charge back fees. Hit em' where it counts.
Credit card companies want to see evidence that you attempted to work things out with these scammers. Send an email and attempt to phone them even if you get no where.
DO not tell the credit card company you received the supplements. Also tell them you have no access to the "diet tracker" they charge the ridiculous $199 for, the site is garbgage anyways. That way THEY failed to deliver the product in good faith and you get your money back.
It was time consuming but we got $400 bucks creditted back to the credit card. They tried to charge $199 TWICE!
Everyone needs to initiate a charge back against these bastards. |
