I placed an order with Biomazing and was supposed to get my order, diet plan, unlimited support, recipes and free vials of hoodia. When the order was received I got my 2 bottles of hcg, 2 bottles of panto sure and one piece of paper with a diet on it. My free hoodia was not included and no recipes. I tried contacting the company via email about the ingredients on the bottle, no response. I tried emailing about the free hoodia and no response. I sent 2 more emails, a total of 4 over 4 weeks and called and left voice mail and no response. My final email I advised I would contact BBB and got a response asking what my email was referring to. I also got an email from "dan" telling me "it was sent twice". When asking him what was sent he said the Hoodia. I advised I did not receive and asked for a tracking number and when sent and the respose was " The hoodia is complimentary" I was not given a shipping date. When asked why they did not respond and why there is no customer support, the reply was " We have had no complaints since we opened in 1996, have a nice day". My drops did not work as advertised and they offer no money back guarantee, customer support or advertised free items.
I am curious how many others actually had issues with this company.
