Since Big T asked me several times to leave a feedback, therefore I decided to write it down here Ive placed an international order on April 8, 2011 with Big T Products, one of Amazon sellers. My package delivery was expected on April 25, 2011 - May 10, 2011 However, Ive made a mistake when decided to buy from there. The item I ordered is restricted here because it's too expensive to import. Fedex tracking showed that my package was stopped on April 18, 2011in STANSTED, somewhere in Great Britain. I wrote a letter to Amazon, and they reasonably said that it is not their business: Because this order is being shipped by a seller within our Marketplace section The seller should be able to help you with the status of this order. OK. I wrote a letter on May 12 to Big T, and they reasonably said that it is not their business: As noted, all international orders are the responsibility of the customer to know their shipping laws for the country they are shipping into. And: Once the item is returned to us and checked in by the warehouse, we'll be able to see the shipping rates from Fedex to determine the refund coming to your account. OK. Its accepted. Today is 31th of May. Do I get my item? Of course, NO! Do I get my money? Either Not! There are not their problems. I made an order, paid the price, wait for a month, checked with FedEx, Amazon, Big T, and wait almost another month. Nobody of them even e-mail without reminding to inform me regarding troubles, or details, or timing of this story. Obviously, there are all my problems. So, they will be yours if you buy something from Big T and get any trouble with delivery, or missing, or customs, or whatever I strongly recommend you NOT TO BUY ANYTHING from Big T. If you GET IN TROUBLE with your order, even if your package will be stopped halfway to you, you must wait until it is returned to Big T, checked in by the warehouse, and then wait again. Big T absolutely doesnt care of you as a customer, and if something gets wrong with your package you will WAIT FOR MONTHS FOR REFUND. Read the negative responses: all the same.
