Betonline poker is a SCAM, I see a previous report on this site submitted and it is dead on. The bonus is a joke, it gives you play money that is completely worthless. The site does not have any real money tournaments that they claim, unless you consider a $3 dollar tournament that never has any entrants to be good. The software is absolutely atrocious, and will freeze on you very frequently, but it happens the most right when you are involved in a big hand, and you hold the winning hand. For example, I held a winning full house in a $600 pot, and when one of the fish at the table put me in for his last $60 dollars, the software sat me out and folded me out of the hand. Despite the terrible software, the players are so bad that I was able to make thousands in a couple weeks. It has been almost a month and a half since I requested a withdrawal for $15000 and it has not come. The customer service is a joke, they will not listen to what you are saying and just reply with standard cookie-cutter lines such as "Withdrawals take up to 10-15 business days to get approved" My friend also requested a withdrawal from this site and he has yet to see his money. STAY AWAY FROM BETONLINE.COM!
