I would caution anyone considering a purchase from any Best Buy. They do not follow through with promises. And do not give them a Valid email address, they will bombard you with Phoney offers. Their money making repair Guarentee's are worthless, and just Pad CEO Pockets with your hard earned money. I place a curse on their entire ooperation to Complete Failure, and Bankruptcy, that they may collapse into an abyss of going out of Business to protect the American People, and hard working consumers. Cuircut City Failed and so can Best Buy. Leaving consumers better off. The Phoney CEO that voice mails you when you call customer service is an insult to any intellengent consumer. I made the mistake of buying from them a 500.00 camera, I was told if anything happened to it even if I dropped it, they would replace it. They will never stand behind their phoney Guarentee, bait and switch tactics. They are a Blight on many American Companies that do Business within our boarders. "Caveat Emptor" should be every one considering making a purchase from this Horrible company. " Let the buyer Beware". Make them put it in writing, or go elsewhere, if handled correctly other companies will match their price, just ask or insist, be smart. Or at least look on eBay to see what things are really worth first, then be armed to do battle for your Family. They are trying to get as mush of your money as they are able, and you should be trying to keep as much as you are able. Just as they work you. Work them. I go into a store for a specific item, I get the stock numbers, and make an offer, do this until you go into a store run buy a company who wants and appreciates your Business and Profit. You are not forced to go for their Bait and Switch Routine. These people need to go away, die by the wayside. They do not care about anyone but themselves and their Fat Pockets, they do not even care about their employees. Ask one how they are treated. |
