I ordered a simple power level, 2 weeks later I still have no results. I was contacted by one of their "contracted" employees or whatever.. who spent most of his time trash talking gamesellerpros. A week later he logs back in and tells me he quit and I should try and get my money back. I emailed gamesellerpros and asked for a refund.. 3 days no reply or anything, I then emailed and said I was charging back the funds. I got an email inside of 30 minutes from Albert himself! Emails below: Albert: I have emailed you two times with no reply. I need to speak with you immediately in regards to your purchase. We have a very strict policy on reversals and chargebacks. If a chargeback is opened in any way or form, we immediately and perminatly ban and wipe all eq accounts logged in from your ip address. We do NOT need any account info to do this. Please understand very clearly that this is not a threat but a company policy that will be enforced. Now , my main goal is to keep my clients happy at all times. I have offered to complete your order within a day or two, or offer you a credit for anything you would like. I hope to hear from you asap. I'd like to solve this tonight or tomorrow. Thank you . me: You haven't emailed me until now. I have already stated you have until the end of business tomorrow to process my refund, I requested it on Friday with no response until I sent the email stating I would be reversing the charges. Do not threaten me with you'll have my account banned crap, because you won't, and can't. As I have already stated, either give me my refund before the end of tomorrow or I will be initiating a reversal and contacting the BBB ect in your area. It is interesting how I received no communication after my initial request for a refund until I said I would be reversing the charges. I do not want any deals, I will not wait a couple extra days. It is to late, give me my refund. If you do not, I will get my money back either way. One way makes you and your company look somewhat respectable, the other does not. Albert: We do not offer refunds. In this case im going to make an exception. I can send you a company check or moneyorder cashable anywhere ( same as cash ) I will need your address to do so. The other option is store credit. we can not, and will not issue refund via paypal. If a charge back is made, Please understand very clearly, we WILL immediately ban and wipe the accounts logged in from your ip. If you do not think this is possible, I urge you to go ahead and test me. I was very polite, and respectful in my last email, but you seem to think you know more then you do. I assure you, you WILL perminatly lose your accounts if you do a charge-back, no questions asked, period. We have been in business for 6 plus years. We protect our business sir. If you think for one moment what Im telling you is not possible, Go ahead and find out for yourself. My offer is clear, I have even extended a refund offer that I DO not offer to anyone to keep you happy. You can choose one of the two options. Let me know via email what you choose to do. All emails will be documented sir. I have been polite, and respectful to you. Our fippy crews have been working the past few days very quickly. You can also exchange your order for plat in game or any other service, so you know. I am in live chat available to assist you with this tonight only. I will need your address, or can get it from paypal to refund your money via company check or money order, Please let me know what you prefer. Me: Claim is filed, good luck on your empty threats! Albert: Very well. You will see shortly. These are not threats, this is a company policy, as soon as it shows up you have 24-48 hours. Your welcome to attempt to move the toons from what account to another, they will still be banned. Thanks again. Ill also be contacting my attorney tomorrow for your buyer scam. Me: Contact your attorney for a buyer scam? That is hilarious, I paid for services that were not rendered, but good luck with that anyhow. As for my account yeah I'll wait around for it, I'll even hope and pray that you manage to somehow pull that trick out of your a**. Albert: No problem. Please note, Im glad to see your in the united states. Ill be keeping a look out for any posts made and have my business manager do the same and report these to my Legal team. We will not stand for slander, or extortion, Both are punishable by law. I happen to have the #1 Contract litigator in Florida as my attorney in the case against the old crew leaders. Their site is in the process of being shut down, and they will owe us money for many many years. I urge you to deal with them. Anything that make profit wise goes to us when the lawsuit is completed. Again, I was more then polite, and respectful in assisting you with this. You were close minded and not interested in doing anything but breaking our company policies.
