Terrible Customer Service Buyer Beware> My husband I went
into the best buy in Folsom, Ca to buy a television. We saw a 51 Plasma
Samsung 1080p 600hz 3D capable tv. We liked it so we bought it. We got it home
and worked great. Next for us to do was to get a Blue Ray player that we could
play 3D movies on. We started noticing
that nowhere in its paper work did it actually say 3D. So we called Samsung
and gave them the model number and in fact it wasnt 3D capable at all. So we
load up the TV and take it back to Best Buy. They admitted the mistake and that
in the store it was labeled at 3D capable. They told us then that they had the
TV that had the exactly capabilities and could be shipped to our home and we
would have to pay 150.00. We were dumbfounded thinking wed be able to just
come in bring in the tv that we took home, cause it was wrong, and get the one
we bought. So of course we said no were
not going to pay anymore. We wanted what we thought we were getting. They wouldnt give us the tv. So out of
principle we told them to give us our money back. The next day the whole thing didnt settle
well with me so I called in to talk to another manager thinking that what they
did was so ludicrous that someone in a position of authority there would have
to think the whole deal was as ridiculous as I thought it was. I called in and talked to someone else and
they said were sorry for the inconvenience, we can get you the tv for 250.00
more. I was once again shocked. I said when I was in there yesterday standing
in front of you it was 100.00 less! They didnt budge. The Manager was Daniel.
