He says that he has a marketable product that is environmentally friendly. It would generate good returns as the cost is minimal. He requires a working partner to do the packaging of his product as his wife is ill at that time. He would be responsible for all sales, marketing and getting distributors on board. He then transferred 50 percent of his share to his wife and the other 50% to me. I have no knowledge that he had already executed an earlier agreement with another person. He took my money which he promised that it would be refundable. Unfortunately it was not so. He did not want to do anything thereafter. He had constructively prevented me from carrying out any part of the business. I lost a substantial amount of money as I was misled and misrepresented by both he and his wife. He then sent up his own marketing company without my knowledge and kept the distributors to himself. He took the products without my permission and sold them. He did not give me the money derived from the sale to put into the business account. At the time of signing the partnership agreement in 2009 he informed me that there will be no rent until the business becomes viable. He ordered the materials for me to start the packaging as he said that he had distributors waiting for his product. Unfortunately that was a lie. He then dinged me with the rent after 2.5 months without discussing with me. No lease agreement was ever signed. I decided to get out of the partnership agreement on the advice of a corporate lawyer. I was not paid at all and I could not keep on paying him his demands. After being served a copy of the civil claim by his previous partner I then realized that I was in the same situation as the person. He had misrepresented and misled me. I then filed a civil claim for recovery of the investment amount based on misrepresentation and misappropriation. The matter is pending in court. I am also claiming for the monies incurred in the purchasing of materials ordered by him from his suppliers being loan to them plus salary for that period. I am also looking to find anyone who had been a victim of this guy so that we could come together and seek justification from the law enforcement. I would be most appreciative if any other individuals who had also been ripped off by him to contact me. Ripped Off
