This company is unbelievable. I only wish I'd looked at online reviews of the business before placing an order with them. I placed an order and received an e-mail confirmation with my order number that said I would receive a notification as soon as my order shipped. Nine days (seven business days) went by, and I heard nothing further. I called their customer service line - no answer. I used the contact form on their website and informed them that I had not received a shipping notification nine days after placing my order, and that I wished to cancel and would be disputing the charges if they were not reversed within a couple of days. The original charge of $32.03 disappeared from my account history, but since these people are clearly pretty sleazy, I kept an eye on my account, and what do you know? Many days later (two weeks after I placed the original order) a charge showed up for $17.27. I contacted them via their website once again informing them that I had been charged again, still hadn't received a shipping notification or any other kind of communication from them, and would be disputing the charges and filing a complaint with the BBB if the charge was not reversed within 24 hours. Well, a package from them turned up the next day, with less than half of the items I had originally ordered (since the items not included were discontinued, sough-after items, I'm guessing they claim to have them in stock on their website to lure people into ordering from them). After the initial order confirmation, I never heard a thing from them - no acknowledgement of my complaint, no shipping notification, no alert that I would only be receiving a partial order. These people are horrible, and looking at other online reviews apparently I'm one of the ones lucky enough to actually receive anything at all from them. STAY AWAY! |
