1st - When I received the hair, I thought it was odd that there was no invoice included. 2nd - The smell was unbearable, I have been wearing extensions for over 10 years and have never had a foul smell coming from any hair EVER! It also looked a little ragged and dusty, so I decided to wash the hair. After washing and deep conditioning the hair, I hung the hair on hangers and left it in my laundry room. Later that day I went into the laundry room to see if it was dry. As soon as I openened the door the stinch of the hair damn near knocked me out. I cracked the window and turned the fan on. At this point I'm looking at the hair and it looks decent - not great but decent. I figure I will take it to my stylist and have her install it.3rd - As she is installing it and finger combing, as with any install, clumps and clumps of the hair is shedding onto the floor. I do not care if weave sheds, I actually have never found a brand that doesn't, but the amount of shedding this hair did at install is completely ABNORMAL AND UNACCEPTABLE!!!4th - By the time she got done with the install we noticed the hair was no where near 22-24 inches! Usually when I purchase that length from other companys it will be at my natural waist line.5th - The hair as you will see in the pictures is airy looking(u can actually see through it) and has a feeling of hay! (it is very dry and brittle)At that point I schedule another appt with her to have this hair taken out. Not soon enough unfortunatly. I went to my pilates class the next morning and the whole studio smelled like that hair! I was humilited! 6th - I was promised that the hair I saw in the pictures would be the hair that i would received - so not the case.
