| Just ridiculous. Went into this bushleague company already hearing of a negative reputation. But wanted to telemarket for some quick summer cash. On the phones you have a bogus script filled with promises that will never be made. Free pound of freon and so forth. A 21 point inspection where all the technicians will do is claim there is a problem so they can jack up a bill that is pure imagination to scam customers. After I quit, they said my check would come in the mail. Nothing came. After making calls to the primary office, I was hung up on by a woman named Mary. Scum of the earth. Apparently the owners are illegal aliens and are in the Bahamas escaping their troubles in the states. It is time to put these scammers to rest and somehow shut down the company. DO NOT WORK for them. You will see their ads on CraigsList and such looking for employees. I would say the average employee works there for 7 days before quitting. Do not become a victim. |

| Bayside is a telemarketting scheme, , it is not a real a/c buisness, , as the statements made are all true you will never get your paycheck, , , as the peson said, , Micheal hubbard is the qualifier, , and some Guy named Ken and his wife in the Bahamas own the company, and a Lady Named Mary In coroporate runs the scam, , They promise to do inspections and tune ups, but only come to lie to the residents to sell them things they do not really need, , , there are many accounts of this all over the state, , and there is being a class act suite filled against bayside for all the employess they have stolen there wages as well as all the work not performed, , Bayside is under state wide investigation by the state, , if you have any further information and want to be apart of this class action lawsuite, , please call 352 351 0274, The state is going to bringing them up on crimes against the ederly, And the Labor board is enforcing the Fair wage law, , please leave your info! |

I need the money so bad and they dont care. Patti knows my life and pretended to be my friend so did mary. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OR WORK FOR THEM. If you have information report them. | I saw Patricia Dick and Kenneth Dick in the toronto airport this summer. They did not recognize me but I will never forget there faces. Apparently the dicks are still up to their old tricks, they had to run from Canada and all the employees and innocent customers here . I sure hope they arent here opening a company. Save yourself the trouble and dont go near these people or whatever new company they run. And report them so they can get the hell out of your city. |

| The first post by Rodnreeleer is rather accurate however misleading first off the # given to call is an ocala area code ...it is also the # for BAYSIDE COOLING INC. ...probably their main office ...do not call that number to tip them off about any complaints...After a few hours and some due diligence i have to come to find that these are some real serious criminals...it appears their main goals are to target the elderly and rip them off by using various methods...it also appears that they aren't happy with that they also scam their employees...from what i gather there are at least 2 possibly 5 major players here Ken Dick, Patti Dick, Michael P. Hubbard, Mary Lynch, and finally Kevin Gouveia, ...between those five names there are over 20 alias's ...not to mention that Michael P. Hubbard was recently arrested for giving false identification to a Police Officer in Alachua county Florida...so its safe to say that they are not afraid to commit fraud on any level...here are a few companies incorporated by the group, all seem to be A/C, Payroll, and Telemarketing companies...Martin's A/C Services INC/LLC, Bayside Cooling INC, Al's Air conditioning, Absolute Air Conditioning Inc., Apex Sales INC, Select Service Holdings INC, Boost Telemarketing INC, Bayside Payroll Services INC, T.A.C. Marketing INC, Progressive Telemarketing INC, Expert Sales and Services CORP, Key Marketing Solutions INC, last but not least, New Communications Systems INC...those are just a few of many companies/ scams that this "crew" is running...the only problem here is that they are all guilty of gross and despicable moral and ethical behavior...and since they cover their tracks by having a shell payroll company its almost impossible to prove CRIMINAL behavior ...to all the employees that have been victim to this company i cannot help you other than find an employee from the payroll company that would testify that they had shredded time cards...and if you work for them now make sure you have proof other than their time card that you were at work...possibly fax or copy your time card every week before they send them to the fake payroll companies...all in all the only thing i can say is stay away from anyone or any company mentioned above ...these people are pros at being criminals...call your local news station to complain this is one of those matters where they need to be exposed and embarrassed ...i dont think the "law" will be able to help you here...be creative in exposing these A$$HOLES...these are the same kind of people who would call and con people out of $$$ in the name of 9/11 family's...They have NO SOUL's |

WHEN YOU GET TO THE OFFICE THEY IMMEDIATELY ALLOW YOU TO START WORKING WITHOUT ANY BACKGROUND CHECKS OR DRUG TEST. THE REASON BEING IS EVEN THOUGH IT IS A BUSINESS EVERYTHING ABOUT IT IS FAKE. THE BUSINESS LICENSE IS FAKE ALL THE WORKERS ARE EITHER FIRED OR QUIT BECAUSE THEY DONT GET PAID AND IF THEY DO GET A CHECK ITS FROM A FAKE PAYROLL COMPANY. THERE ARE 4 RECENT ACCESSORIES IN THIS COMPANY THAT ACTUALLY GET PAID TO KEEP THERE MOUTHS SHUT. JANINCE, JESSICA, DREW, AND TODD. THEY GET PAID WITH DRUGS AND MONEY. WE NEED TO STOP THESE CRIMINALS NOW. ITS ONLY HURTING OUR ECONOMY. To Ex employees and disgruntled customers.
Best way to get action is to contact the DBPR or Department of Bussiness and Professional Regulation.
The Department regulates all licensed bussinesses.

The only way to stop scam artists like this is to make it illegal for them to opperate nd to burn the contractors willing to cover for them.
Once you make a complaint keep following up with teh department.
Employees should contact the Department too, it is ilegal to pay employees less than minium wage, contact a Lobor attorney for legal advice.
Only if enough people act will these people be brought to justice.

They got me last week. Said they would give me one lb of freon if needed. They said I had a leak I asked for the freon and they said they could not give it to me because it would be illegal. So its basically a scam because you could never get the one lb because if you need it you have a leak. SCAM!!!
I called them set up to appointment for them to come out and they don't show

My Son was ripped off by this company. He worked hard for them and thought he was being given an opportunity to learn a new trade and support himself and his fiance. He was never payed for his time there. Please post any and all information you have about the Dick's and their dirty business.

| I worked for Bayside In Stuart Flordia, for one month. You were payed 100% commision ya had to have your own cell phone. Being a service tech and not a sales man I was instructed to spray ac coils with wd-40 and tell the customer they had a leak and a few other things. I was never paid, I called a pay roll and was told the manager Christina (******) never turned in my pay . The owners should be put in jail for theft cuz it was his company |
