Babbittsonline.com says that their customer service is the best in the online motorcycle parts sales business. What a load of Fesces! BUYER BEWARE! I ordered a mirror for my motorcycle online from this company and accidentally entered the part number for a left hand mirror instead of a right hand mirror. After I placed the order, I immediately noticed my error and sent Babbittsonline.com an email saying that the part that I just ordered should be right hand instead of left hand. I asked them to make this simple change and did not anticipate any problem. I received an email back the next day saying that they "are not able to make any changes...". I am now out the cost of this mirror since it is useless to me. I called their Customer Support line at 231-737-4542 and a representative kindly told me that they could not make any changes and they could not contact their supplier since all online orders are processed (entered and shipped) electronically and she could not call or send the an email to make the requested change. This is a good example of how an online motorcycle parts company that is low in price (compared to the motorcycle dealership) offers absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. The only service they can render is to tell you "I am sorry but there is nothing I (or anyone at this company) can do for you".
