Low book car sales, And PAC or Prime acceptance are one and the same corp. Now are included with NCCI, another like corp. This preditor on low income, bad credit consummers use a number of tactics to get you in a car, usually a over your budget that the salesteam make you believe you can handle. So, off you drive with a over priced, cant afford car. Now the fun begins or I will say shame begins. You make a payment, doesnt matter how many and then your late. First you get a constant bomb bardment with text messages and phone calls, about every two hours more or less. Emails if they have that avenue. Calls to your referances, same time frame, every couple of hours. This goes on for a few days even after you call them back it continues, untill you make the payment. IF NOT.. next thing you know, your cars being towed off. This is within the 3 to 7 days after not making a payment. NEXT, the car goes to auction, sometimes the very next Thursday. The car is sometimes, not allways, purchased by Low Book sales and it starts its merry go round again. There is no court order to do the REPO, theyt just come and get it. DEFENSE, You can order the tow truck driver off your property, and he can return with a court order. He will call the law, or you can, If he refuses to leave you can have him cited for tresspass. The police or other law agency will back YOU up on that. You must order the tow driver off your property before he loads your car. The police can, if they will, order him to put the car back, but not likely. Of course, if he comes back with a court order, you must release the car. But not before. Be carefull with Low Book sales, Remember..the car lots and the lending, so called bank are one in the same. owned by the same persons. |
