This group had sent me an e-mail about the same time I was looking for a lead generation company. They immediately agreed to the guaranteed lead generation for a program we were working on. They did not do any work. Each time they rescheduled the status meeting. When asked to send some leads, they sent some generic main #s of companies. I was hopeful even two weeks ago when we had a phone conference call to fix the issues. They asked us to move the date of our program which we said was not possible. Then they sent the following notice of bankruptcy to us. B2B Marketing Group -- 3/28/11 Dear XXX Customer/Creditor Account No XXX: This letter is notification that due to unavoidable financial difficulties, B2B Marketing Group is regrettably closing
for business on March 28th, 2011. The company is now in the process of bankruptcy and an official receiver has commenced with the bankruptcy process. All business debts or communication will now be assessed by the receiver. These debts will be discharged and the communication will be handled by the official receiver throughout the bankruptcy process. It would be appreciated if any further correspondence or inquiries including outstanding payments and/or claims on this matter could be addressed to the official receiver at [email protected].
This letter is also formal notification that B2B Marketing can no longer incur any further business debts. The official receiver will be in touch regarding the status of your account in due course. Regards,
