The biggest rippoff in Arizona is Brian Brugger of B&B PRESERVATION services in Phoenix and Mesa Arizona. The scummy cheat and thief contacts those advertising their services on Craigslist and has them do work for him saying he will pay them every week.
He then sends just enough to cover expenses and never gives you a detailed list of what each payment is for.
He then keeps sending you back on every job several times claiming the bank needed more photos and needless to say that leaves you with no profit even if he ever pays you.
Then after a few of these and you have had enough and demand full payment he lies and comes up with big lies about the police checking out your work and refuses to pay you but when you ask for names or a case number he says he will get back to you but guess what, another lie.
He ripped us off on one shack in Needles California after we paid hundreds of dollars in dump fees.
We had one job that we went to do and spent four hours with a hula hoe eradicating weeds and then the thief supposedly goes out there a week later after the weeds have grown back a refuses to pay us and now he thinks he has it cut and dried but we are going to file a claim with the BBB and file a court claim.
Do not do any work for this liar or his partner in crime Mel.
Brian claims to have such a big business but every time he calls his number comes up as Sharon Brugger 2725 East Irwin circle Mesa Arizona 85204, 602-930-3656.which I assume is his wife because he has screwed so many people over that he cant get a phone in his name, 602-930-3656 IS ALSO THE NUMBER FOR THE SURPRISE PLANNING DEPARTMENT.
Brian Brugger also has another alias company he calls PPR at 512-801-3060 so that he can cheat and scam more people.
The police are now investigating the trash for fraud.
DO NOT DO ANY WORK FOR THE LIAR AND CON ARTIST.
