Autopart International Inc Failing to provide lunchbreaks Norton, Massachusetts

Autopart International failed to give me lunch breaks working an 8 to 9 hour plus day. There was times when i requested to be compensated for lunches and i got time earned back into the computer but other times i wasnt. The company system is screwed up ! Corperate computer takes an automatic half hour out each day thinking we get lunches everyday. This is an unfair practice when the employee should clock out themselves and not let the system do it for us. This is a way for the company to pocket extra money and not pay us for overtime. Also if we take a lunch break we have to ask and most cases they want us to eat the food back at the place. I had an attorney to represent me but he didnt promise my job to be 100 percent bulletproof and causing management to hate me for filing a lawsuit. So i kept my mouth shut and avoided a lawsuit. Im no longer employed with this company and thankful. Bad company to work for if they dont live up to protecting people like me when they only look out for themselves. Some of you drivers out there know you have been ripped off at least once for an unpaid lunchbreak thanks to corperate who docks you even when you dont take one. Like i said you should clock out if you get a lunch. If the company doesnt want to pay me for lost wages and i have a few paystubs to show but i know the company has record of my earnings and hours each week. I was a full time employee and worked overtime every week 1 to 2.5 hours plus. And i worked right through lunch breaks. Like i said i was paid 70 percent of the time but there was about 10 to 12 times when i wasnt paid.
