I recently financed a 96 honda accord from Auto Buy Credit for $5000 I know thats expenisive but but I told the salesman I was in need of a dependable car that is gas efficient. The car came with an engine tranmission and axle warranty for one year.One the very first day I purchased the car headed home I noticed the car begin to jerk so I imediately called and spoke to a sales Rep named Leon who told me to have it checked out with thier mechanic in the mourning.So I take the car there and explain how its jerking in and out of the 1st 2cd and 3rd gear They look at it for about 30 minutes and tell me the car is fine they had to just tighten a bolt. So the car drives fine for 20 minute trip home.The next day day 3 with the car I get in to make a trip to the grocery store it starts jerking again.I speak again to Leon who after speak with his manager at car lot tells me they repaired the car already hondas just run rough.I asked to get a second opinion from another shop so they refered me to their S. City location were I had to make an appointment which took them 4 days just to look at the car. When I got it there they keep it overnight cause they were crowded and the next day they called and said transmission was bad and took 3 more days to repair it. So finally i get the car back on day the car payment is due. Car drives fine for a 2 days and begin not wanting to move at all so I had it towed back to shop again .After about 5 days of them waitng to get a vss speed sensor to replace in tranny I get car back of coarse few day before car payment is due again but exact same issue is happening car wont drive when it gets warmed up. I take car the car back to Auto Buy Credit explaining I just need to change cars since its always at the shop and im paying on it and never able to drive itcant even get registered cause its always at the shop.So Manager Christian Budd just being a total idot about giving a replacement car or toally exchanging no remburstment of any kind just put it back in the shop and pay the car note.
