I have serious reservations about rather or not this company is paying their employee taxes and business taxes to the IRS. As an Emplyee you dont get a check stub or statement of witholdings. It has become very clear that they dont pay the employees what they are promised at hire. The first month is guarntee a 10.00 or 11.00 an hour rate with wages increased in a couple of months. What they dont tell you is that it is performanced based if you dont have over 20 appointments a week you wont get your hired pay rate. You will get paid at a decreased amount saying it was because of bad performance regardless of the truth on your performance. Its correct several people have come and gone thru this company and yet they never seem to get pay correctly. When employees are fired they are not paid correctly or have to go thru the state labor board to get their check. This is sad business practices and illegal to hold employees checks for those who have families and need to survive and they wont even give them the last check they earned according to their hours. Please dont take my word for it listen to what others have said. Merchants beware is this the kind of people you want processing your busines with no morales, and all they are after is your merchant account. It is not right to drop employees rages from what they were hired to barely above minimum wage with little or no warning. these people are carpet sharks so merchants beware. Employees condsidering a career with this merchant do yourself a favor run fast and run far. It goes for merchants considering this company too. you can choose not to take this word of advice but I guarntee youll never be told by them the truth and nothing but the truth so consider that before you begin your venture with this merchant proccessor. it could turn your life into a living nightmare for you personally and if your a merchant your business reputation could be on the line just by association so to business good luck to you. I hope this pointed you in the right direction. |
