Attn: Shawn Swanson

Congratulations! This is a offer of employment for the available warehouse position with Heineken, Inc. As mentioned in the posting, this position pays a competitive hourly wage, plus benefits, and also offers potential to earn both pay increases and growth opportunities into supervisory and management positions. We are hiring rapidly at this time, and are fully prepared to make you an employment offer, provided that you comply with the rest of the recruitment terms. This is a full-time position. Depending on your experience and physical ability, you will be working either inside the warehouse in packing and shipping, outside on the truck-loading team, or operating a forklift. These jobs vary in pay as well as physical and mental demands. Your starting wage will be based on your experience level, which will be determined once you have completed the recruitment process. Some experience working in a warehouse setting is preferred, but not required, as fully paid training will be provided. To accept these terms and move on to the final stage of the recruitment process, you must provide us with a current copy of your credit report to go in your employment file. Heineken, Inc. has a zero-tolerance policy in regards to theft of company property. Your credit scores and payment history are not important to us; rather it is a means of verifying your identity, and will also serve as your acceptance of the position. Once you fill out the report, an email is automatically generated that notifies us of your acceptance. Upon receiving notfication that you have completed your report, we immediately mail your new hire paperwork along with times for your orientation. Be sure to bring 2 forms of identification with you to the orientation. Use this link to complete your recruitment process:

This tentative offer of employment will expire in three (3) full business days past the date sent. If you have any questions, please contact me directly. We appreciate your interest in joining the team at Heineken, Inc., and hope you decide to come aboard! Michelle Capaldi

Seems a little fishy so checked for similar scams and found this about craigslist and National Credit Report:
The scams appear on Craigslist and other classified websites offering an apartment for rent or a job posting and consumers respond to the listings via email. Once the consumer's inquiry is received, the consumer then becomes engaged in what they believe is legitimate communication between a potential employer or property manager. The alleged employer or property manager will include a link to a free credit report website, asking the consumer to go to the site to get their free report. The consumer is then instructed to email their credit report and/or credit score to the potential employer or property manager so they can "verify their employment or housing history" and proceed with the job or apartment application process.

I am doing this because I am looking for work and trying to move my life forward. Sadly, this was a hopeful job prospect and a $9/hr pay cut from what was making. Now I am spending this time to hopefully help some people avoid credit card fraud and/or identity theft. I believe this needs to be brought to justice. I sincerly hope it helps and holds the criminals accountable for there actions.
