The technician or should I say scam artist came out to change my locks. Once he got here he asked if I had the existing key I said yes and gave him the key. He said all he had to do was re-key the key and he removed all the cylinders. I had purchased locks but he said that it would not be necessary to use them because he was re-keying the locks which would solve my problem. So I thought my lock cylinder was changed not on one lock but 5 locks until my sister arrived with the old key and came right in. Once I called the company back they stated that they would send the scammer back out to correct the problem but the scammer never came back out and I continued to call to rectify the situation for several hours throughout the night and to no avail these inconsiderate idiots never came back out to fix my locks. So basically I am out one hundred dollars and now need to call another locksmith to do the job. This company is full of shit and are definitely ripoff artist and I hope that they are stopped from doing this to someone else. |

They have been doing this and much worse for about ten years now and have been getting away with it. You must complain to your local law enforcement IE: Police, attorney general, etc. When they give you a story about there is nothing they can do then you really need to tell them otherwise because everything about these guys violates many laws. It is an organized criminal advertising outfit that uses illegal, deceptive, fraudulent, advertising tactics to crowd out any real local locksmiths who legally advertise. These scammers appear to be based out of Israel and advertise in Israel for employees who are then sent to the U.S. and Canada and then trained how to be Con men and how to pose and pretend to be a locksmith. They are also doing this in many other service oriented industries also.
FBI, ICE, FTC, ... WTF you are aware of this but you are letting it happen. When will you take action? A RICO action is warranted in this situation. Are they getting a free pass to fleece american citizens. It is well beyond time to do something worth while. The BIG Dependable Locksmith bust in Florida and MO. have only netted a few low level pawns who are more than willing to take the rap to protect this BILLION dollar advertising scam and its upper levels. Take a look at the connections between some of these people and connections with a company called AMDOCS in Israel. Open your eyes already. |
