At this point, I just would like to warn people never to buy at Safe National ofAmerica. I bought a console, when I got it about three days after the order, it had a few damages. I wasn’t really pissed at that time but what caught me really off guard, is when they refused to give me refund. They would only accept exchange. The big problem was I have to pay 30% restocking fee and the redelivery is not free. So that means another additional payment. I’m just terrified at how uncaring they are to their customers. It’s my fault why the console has damage, that is their total fault, a big epic fail on their part. And they should be accountable and be held responsible for that. They’re the ones who are jeopardizing my time, my money, my effort and not a bit of action to express apology. Are they crazy? Asking me to pay for restocking fee and delivery over something that’s totally not my fault? Well, they should know better because I’m not going to stop telling people how awful their company is. It’s really overboard. They should know the consequences of their actions. I am just a poor customer, who’s willing to pay granting I get I what I deserve. And the thing that is happening right now is not something I don’t deserve, nor does any customer for that matter.
