I had them try to sell my car or have someone take over payments. The Owner Daniel Ortiz used my car as his personal vehicle for a month without my knowledge. I asked for the car back because I was moving, when I received the vehicle I found personal items and 2000 extra miles. I asked them to at least pay the car payment for the month but so far they have just said they would pay, then not pay. What happened is illegal and I may have to take them to court if something isn't done.

| Assume Rv payments, they help me out when my husband left me, and i got stuck with all the bills, i had two autos in my name, because my husband had bad credit, .. any way, .. they had some one take over payments, and its been two years no problem, , I even sent them a friend that needed help, and she says they are helping her, i just ran across this and thought i would add my two cents. | Dainel Ortiz said he would find someone to lease to own our RV. Instead he rented it our without our knowledge, never any signatures, nothing. Just rented it out, never notified us, we never saw a penny. We were thankfully notified our RV was rented out and to who, so we contacted them directly and got our RV back. 2, 000+ more miles on it and wear and tear. |

Instead- check with the BBB, Town of Larkspur, Department of Revenue or the Hispanic Chamber- or just check his criminal record and his bankrupcy filings not to mention his house that up for foreclosure for the last 18 months- and he still lives there for free. This is one individual you should stay away from- no matter what he says- it will be a lie. It's about time people knew the truth about Daniel Ortiz- the most unethical person there is. |

| We got an rv and a Harley from him, bad nasty guy. Rv was in horrible shape. Out over 1, 000 to fix. Then paid cash for the Harley still no title to it. He said he owned it, the vin numbers don't match. This is a nightmare. Trying to figure out what to do. K |

| Daniel Ortiz stole over $11, 000.00 form us this past October. We did a take over payment deal on a motorhome with him. We gave him $10, 000.00 that was to be a down payment along with $1, 579.00 for the first months payment. Now 5 months later and the owners of the motorhome still have not received the money. This guy gives a whole new meaning to the word scammer! |

Stay away from this man. He purchased my camper as an assumed payment. The camper has been rented so I cannot repossess. He has not made payments on it in more than six months. This man is a crook and should be in jail!
He goes by other business names including Petra Roofing. Do not hire this many for anything! |
