| Arman Cabrera, also known as "Jer-Z company" advertises custom sports uniforms for sale, as well as markets his products on the well known website alibaba.com. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH HIM. I sell sports uniforms in the states and he has taken my money for a couple orders and RUN AWAY WITH IT. He is a SCAMMER, CON ARTIST, and a real piece of shit, for lack of a better word. He will tell you he is making your order after you send him a down payment, send you pictures of ONE PIECE making you think it is complete, then send you a bogus tracking number and tell you "oh it hasn't come up yet, blah blah". He actually did deliver a couple orders, but they were WRONG, all screwed up, and the reaminder two he just ran away with the money. He tells you that there is delays in shipping and that it isn't his fault because he's dropped off the pacakges for you. Ya right you scumbag, the SECOND you drop something off at fedex/ups/dhl and they scan it, it is visible in on their website. SPORTING GOODS DEALERS: Do not order from him unless you like giving away free money. CONSUMERS: Do not order from him unless you like giving away evern more money. Scumbag, con artist, perfect example why the Phillippinnes is a *$&# country and full of people that think they can get away with similar scams and never be judged. Piece of sh*t... |

| Ya I've experienced the same thing. Found this guy on Alibaba...he is the worst person I've done business with, surprises me that these businesses still exist. How do they do it? Must be a non-American thing, they think we are stupid or something... |

| i agree with you ben got my team uniforms from JER-Z company it's a reliable company despite of 3days delay on delivery well satisfied! well i guess the author needs to complain in the courier services not on the people of the jer-z they are nice either way i guess the author is also runs sportswear be fair MAN! you also includes PI on this.. author sucks! mind your business you are the one scamming on this |

| I had an experience with this company that I found through alibaba also. A guy named Arman told me I would get my uniforms in 21 days and it took them 4 months to deliver. And when I received the package, the shorts and jerseys had marks all over them, and the shorts were sOOOOOO short, like women's shorts. I measured the inseam and it was 7". I tried to email Arman to remake the shorts and he has disappeared. |

| Robbie I dont think you are right, looks like the author is complaining about the person and company JER-Z as running away with her/his money, not courier services. Please use this forum respectively and do your due-diligence on the subject before you write. Also, please learn how to type sentences before you comment. |

| I am still waiting on my uniforms from my order 7 weeks ago mate, I could have gotten them done with another company for much cheaper and faster, I regret using this company. |

| According to Alibaba, they have a new person taking inquiries by the name of SARAH DEL VILLAR. I would also avoid her at all costs. Who knows what kind of scam they have up their sleeve now... |

How timely is this report! I am currently waiting on uniforms we have ordered 7 months ago! How I wish I would have seen this earlier! We have ordered for several teams in our area. JER-Z (aka K-Baller) has come through for us for years that we have dealt with them. All of a sudden, BAMMM!!! As soon as we put in our big orders, one by one, our teams have been disappointed. As the liaison between this Arman guy and the teams, our reputation has been shredded and we are now being accused of stealing these teams' money.
The main scammers are: MICHELLE LIWANAG and ARMAN CABRERA. They both own JER-Z. They changed their name to KABAYAN BALLER or "K-Baller" after scamming many teams as JER-Z. According to a friend who found their shop in Makati City, the shop is a very small place, still with a sign that says "JER-Z". It is the size of a small room. The 2 above never meet with customers. They always have someone representing them to 'take your orders".

| They both owe me $700 still for goods now delivered. Last time I ever send money unsecured. Funny thing is, I had already ordered stuff from them, they delivered 4 months LATE, and then I was missing $700 worth of stuff. It's extremely sad that they are just blatently stealing, not just from me, but from little KIDS that work so hard just to get a good uniform for their team. Half of the team was heartbroken when I had to tell them they weren't getting their stuff but the other half were. Just to go how messed up some people in this world are...just out for a dollar. Karma always catches up to you, it looks like they've scammed alot of people. ARMAN CABRERA, HANZ, MICHELLE LIAWANAG, K-BALLER, sad people...rot in hell you bastards. |

| All the complaints are correct...very unprofessional and they do bad business. Unfortunately, we are also a victim of this scam business. Will report them to local and government authorities in PI and have them investigated. |

| Wish I had found this site 6 weeks ago. Looks like ARMANDO CABRERA is still out there SCAMMING people. He got me and my team for $1, 000. Supposedly our jerseys were shipped last Thursday and were supposed to have arrived on Monday thru DHL. I've sent about 100 e-mails requesting a tracking number, but of course they have all been ignored. I have ordered 3 other times from 2 different suppliers in the PI and never once had any issues with them. If I hadn't lost contact information with them, I would certainly have gone back to them again. |
