Rented stretch navigator for 6 hrs @ $100hr + $120 tip paid in advance. Specified we'd be hopping to different places throughout the night. Limo arrived with learning driver, made initial ride very uncomfortable. At 1st stop, driver asked if he could leave for 1 hour to pick up some stranded prom kids & take home. I agreed if only 1 hr. & our belongings were secured in trunk. 2.5 hrs and 2 phone calls later, still not back. 14 ladies stranded in downtown Baltimore! Finally sent another limo to pick us up, supposed to meet us at next stop to get our belongings. The 2nd limo was full of another party's personal stuff (cell phones, cameras, liquor bottles, chewing tobacco, opened & unopened beer cans) not secured. Instead of going to next stop, the 2 limos met in the middle of highway to pass belongings over median strip! We arrived at next stop 1/2 hr before close. Men from other party showed up with our original limo & caused ruckous in parking lot over missing items. Ruined the night for all of us, and owner hung-up on me when I called to discuss refund. Now won't answer my calls or messages. Not even an apology!!!
