| hello imwriting this complaint in regaurds to the moving company arrow moving inc based out of brooklyn ny. i was promised a quote when they got my buisness and when the truck came and they loaded it it ended up being like 600.00 more the i was told but i said its already on the truck so i just paid it. i was promissed a delivery date before july 1st and the truck didnt get here till july 9th and we were calling the moving company since july 1st and all we got was a run around from the company. finally friday night around 1 am the truck driver called wich he is suppose to give a 24 to 48 hour notice that he would be here but we let that go to. when the truck driver got here he had no movers to help him unload the truck so we called the moving company and asked what was going on they said its not how they do buisness and that they would take care of it wich didnt happen. when the truck driver started to unload his truck we looked inside the truck and seen that alot of our possesions were damaged and boxes were crushed and ripped open we took alot of pictures of this damaged done we also called the moving company and complained and was hug up on several times. so since the driver had no help with him i ended up having to unload the truck myself wich i paid them to do and when we started unpacking we see all the damage that was done . we put a complaint in with the better buissness burear and hope to get some kind of satisfaction from them . | This is Ronnie from henderson nv writing more about this complaint. we have tried several times to get ahold of this company since we have unpacked and all we keep getting is the run around, they wont even give us the hire up people to speak with all our damages are only being paid .60 a pound but that dont cover the 30 year old pictures that were thrown around the truck and stepped on also they were so nice to steal all our kitchen app, this company is ripping people off and getting away with it.i have tried to get a refund and tried to speak with the owner and im told he dont take phone calls.its really bad when you find 20 to 30 year old picture taken out of a box and thrown on a trucks floor and trampled on.its also really bad when you have boxes clearly marked fragile do not drop and you receive the boxes with the sides torn out and the collection of china and collectable plates damaged makes you wonder how they treat their own stuff at their own house DO NOT USE THIS MOVING COMPANY BECAUSE IT WILL COST YOU MORE TO HAVE THEM MOVE YOU THEN ITS WORTH THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND THEY WILL LIE TO GET YOU BUISSNESS |

This company also gave me the run around. They lied about the costs initally and never got my stuff. They said truck had a fire and everything was burnt. They offer .60c pound, how would they know this if they did not weight anything. I am filing a police report but SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE from Arrow Moving INC also know as "A A Arrow Moving & Storage ".
AVOID THIS COMPANY, TOTAL SCAM !!!1 |
