I hired the Arase Law Firm back in July 2008 to modify two of my homes. One home was my primary and the other was my rental. David Arase was present and Jessica. Prior to our meeting in the office, I had to fax all my documents of my loans to Jessica for her review. Of course when we arrived they sold my wife a great story that both our loans would be modified if we hired them. The cost for our primary home was $3000 and for the rental was $2500. My wife and I agreed to hire this law firm and signed all the documents that I still have to this day. I wrote David Arase a check for the amount of $5500 to start the process of modifying our loans. For the first weeks I was getting updates from Megan Alameda regarding both my accounts. I did all my communication through email to keep a record of all conversations regading my accounts that I still have to this day. My primary home was not successful to get a home modification so I filled out the form for a refund and mailed it in. The process had already taken over 7 months that my wife and I were ready to let go of our primary home and move in to the smaller home to be able to afford our daily living. I recieved a letter around July 2009 that my request for a refund was approved and that I would be recieving the $3000.00 within 90 days. Here we are in 2011 and I still have not recieved my refund. My second home which is my primary home now is in the process for a loan modification through the bank because Arase Law Firm could not do anything for that one as well. What I'm asking David Arase is how can you have forms and contracts for your clients and your company does not follow through with the ones sent to the consumer. I know this can happen to anyone regardless your profession because I'm in Law Enforcement and I was robbed as well. But soon justice will be taking its step for me to get all my money back from this law firm that did not fulfill its own contract. |
