***You may visit any of Anytime Fitness Clubs worldwide, but you may not FREQUENT any of them MORE THAN YOUR HOME CLUB IN ANY GIVEN CALENDAR MONTH. Violation of this "secret policy" results in: MONTH-TO-MONTH BILLING: Your "home" club will automatically be changed to THAT club and you will begin being billed at THAT club's monthly rate. So, if that club is more expensive, your membership is going to cost you more than you realized. PAY-AT-ONCE 12-MONTH & 18-MONTH MEMBERSHIP: Your electronic "key" will be "locked out" so that you cannot visit that club anymore. So, for example, if you're helping your elderly mother & going to the Anytime Fitness out by her instead, suddenly you won't be able to go to that club in the next calendar month! THE MORAL SOLUTIONS TO THE ABOVE PROBLEMS (Please read if you're affiliated with Anytime Fitness or ABC Financial). MONTH-TO-MONTH: Notify the customer that he/she needs to either accept the new club's rates or have their key "locked out" to that club. IT SHOULD BE AT THE CUSTOMER'S DISCRETION, NOT YOURS! PAY-AT-ONCE: The lump sum should be sent to corporate, and the individual club should only receive 1/12th (or 1/18 for a 18-month plan) each month. If the customer begins frequenting another club, then THAT CLUB would begin receiving the payments, REGARDLESS IF THEIR RATES ARE HIGHER OR LOWER. Keep in mind that less than 5% of members are on these plans to begin with, with a great percentage of them unaware of different club prices. I PAID OVER $100 EXTRA FOR A 1-YEAR MEMBERSHIP BECAUSE OF THIS DIRTY POLICY!!!!!
