| On October, 15th Jerome and I had to move out in emergency from a house where we were renting a room temporarily the time we will be able to find a place on South Beach. For us, we were in the middle of nowere in Miami. We knew, what we thought was the owner of the house, since over two years and we thought she was a friend. Her name was Amparo Verde. In fact, the entire family were involved in different criminal activities. We discovered pretty fast that Amparo Verde welcome us in the house that she pretended to own just to rob us what never she could with her daughter Erica. They search in our personal staff, bags, boxes… Jerome banking cards had been used by Erica and his boyfriend. Three complaints had been file with Bank of America against them. We explained the all story to many police officers and a Sargent from the Miami Police Department. I told the police officers that the husband of Amparo Verde was threaten me physically and that I was scared of him. Amparo Verde tried to hurt me physically by putting very small sharp pieces of hard plastic in my food. We had to give her money for the food. We were not allowed to cook ourselves. Anthony Arrighi knew all that through Jerome that explained to him everything over the phone couple of weeks earlier. So Anthony Arrighi knew perfectly the situation we were in. We report to the police officers everything what happened to us over there. They apparently knew who they were. It should not be difficult to request a copy of the police of Miami report of that day The Sargent threaten Amparo Verde husband to put him in jail, imposed him to give us back the money rent. In fact the Sargent was really concern for our safety, talked to our lawyer, Moises Kaba III over the phone and told us that we had to leave as soon as possible. He gave us a lesson of moral. He told us that Miami was a dangerous place, we cannot trust anybody and here was not like New York or Paris. He insisted badly; we had to go in couple of hours!!!. We were vulnerable, exhausted, lost… as you can imagine. The Sargent asked us if we had somebody to pick us up with the rest of our staff and our dog Chanel. He was as well concern if we had a place to stay. Jerome said yes because he had already called Anthony Arrighi. Our lawyer, who was as well concern about our safety asked Jerome over the phone if we needed him to pick us up with Chanel, our dog. Jerome said no, because he already made arrangement with Anthony Arrighi… So this October, 15th 2007, Monday around 5:00 pm Jerome Vincenti called Anthony Arrighi to ask him if he could pick us up in front of Amparo House after explaining to him the emergency of the situation and making sure Anthony understood that we were not safe and that it was an emergency . Anthony Arrighi said YES!! Around 8:00 pm, three hours later Anthony Arrighi was still not there so Jerome called him back. Anthony Arrighi reaffirmed to Jerome that he will come to pick us up as soon as possible. He apologized to Jerome telling him that he get busy at the restaurant and to wait for him. Karen, Amparo neighbor that lived the next house kindly proposed to us to put on staff safe on her property and invited us for dinner. We of course told her that a “friend†was supposed to come to pick us up with Chanel, our dog. She was as well concern about our safety. Around 10:00 pm, two hours later Anthony Arrighi was still not there, so Jerome and I were still waiting… Jerome called him back. Anthony Arrighi told Jerome not to be worry, if he cannot come himself to pick us up he will send his friend Edouard Huc who works for the familial business as a manager. At 01:00 am, three hours later on Tuesday, 16th 2007 Jerome called Anthony Arrighi one more time. We were of course lost, stressed out and desperate and overwhelmed by the events…. Jerome expressed his worries to him and remind him that we were still on the street after 8 hours Anthony was supposed to come to pick us up!!! Anthony Arrighi reaffirmed to Jerome that he will come to pick us up not to be worry…. Thinking that our “Friend†will come to pick us up, she nicely suggested us to wait our friend in her backyard… At 02:00 am, one hour later Anthony turn off his phone. We in fact spent the night in a neighbor backyard with Chanel, our dog, my PC, clothing….facing the reality that Anthony Arrighi was a kind of psycho that took advantage of the situation, our vulnerability, our trust to make sure that we will be on the street next to Amparo, so unsafe. He threatened our safety and welfare. He deprived us of the right to call somebody else, to organize ourselves by keep saying he will come to pick us up for sure until it was too late to call anybody else!! At 6:00 am, this morning we left the Karen back yard leaving behind our staff and our dog Chanel…. We felt hopeless, desperate and so sad… we couldn’t understand what was going on, why Anthony Arrighi did that to us???. It is so cruel!!! He needed just to say NO, or to let us know soon enough that he couldn’t pick us up.. It would be the last time we saw Chanel alive. Amparo Verde or a member of her family did actually trespassed to Karen property to kidnap Chanel and killed her. Our vet told us that her neck was broken, she did not have any evidence of a car accident. Where she was in Karen property, there is no way she could run away. We noticed with our vet that her muzzle had been gaged to prevent her to bite or to bark !! The Sargent was right, we were not safe and our dog was dead. By spending the night in Karen backyard, my PC was never able to log on. Karen did not understand why did we spend the night in her backyard. Karen did not understand why our “friend†did not come. Even if she was choked by what happened to Chanel, she was not surprised about what those “people, Verde family, were capable†to do. Fact: Anthony never called us the Tuesday 16th, of October 2007 to at least to check on us. When we went to see him at the Restaurant “Rendez Vousâ€, the family business during this afternoon Tuesday 16th, of October 2007, Anthony Arrighi seemed surprised. Was he hoping that something would have happened to us? Why he did not call us to check on us this Tuesday 16th of October 2007? Why did he let us believe that he will come pick us up? Why Anthony Arrighi said yes?? WHY ANTHONY????????????? Jerome gave to Anthony Arrighi Amparo’s phone number because Amparo Verde claim to be a psychic and Anthony Arrighi does not do anything without consulting a psychic. By trying to understand what was the Anthony Arrighi motivation in his actions, we think that it is possible that Anthony Arrigui did collaborate with Amparo Verde in some criminal activities… what else??? Other fact very disturbing is that one night around 11:00pm somebody knock at my door very violently. I was by myself and Anthony Arrighi knew it. I did recognize through the eye of my door the Amparo husband. The only one had our address at this time that could be connected to Amparo Verde and her husband was Anthony Arrighi!!! Anthony told us that he never called Amparo Verde. So I am requested from Anthony Arrighi to provide voluntarily his phone records from August 2007 to January 2008, to prove his good faith… and it will prove as well that all communications between Jerome and Anthony Arrigui really took place at this time critical for us. I did of course write an e-mail about this episode where I did accused him of maliciously calculate to put us in arm ways. Excuses that he gave to us are: “La batterie de mon tel etait a plat (the battery of my phone was dead)“, I asked him if he was in a deserted island at the time of the cave men… And an other time Anthony Arrighi told us "j’ai mal evaluer la situation (I misjudged the situation)"!!! NO COMMENT!! An other version... an other excuse that does not making any sense… it is what liars do!! I told him and wrote to him that his excuses are not going to stand facing law enforcement investigators or in a court of law as defense. Anthony Arrighi never by writing did response to me! I don’t really know how to qualified this crime, I am not an attorney... may be “Conspiracy of attempt to cause physical harm of a human being with malice and premeditation.†|
