Bill Ray would never return my phone messages, there is never anyone at his office to take a call. He has tryed to charge me more money for stopping a so called sale date. Ameristar has delayed things so long with my lender I am now losing my home. Do not be a victim. the BBB has Ameristar listed as a F rated company. I have contacted the attorney generals office and reported Ameristar. We all need to join together and file a law suit against Ameristar/Bill Ray.
