ZTOstore, Inc. ZTOstore.com False Advertising & Failure to Honor Return Policy Internet

The product I purchased from ZTOstore, Inc. on www.ztostore.com was neither what was pictured nor what was described on the website. It did not function as described in the product description. ZTOstore was unwilling to honor their return policy (see http://www.ztostore.com/pages/Return-Policy.html). I contacted them numerous times requesting a Return Merchandise Authorization number (per the instructions in the Return Policy) and never received the RMA number so I could quickly return the item. There was no explanation from the seller regarding why I was not receiving the RMA number, nor was there an explanation regarding why I was not being offered a refund for the product. The seller simply refused to honor the refund policy. After attempting to resolve the issue through PayPal (which took nearly a month), I was given the option of returning the product TO CHINA (not to California), which would cost as much as the anticipated refund. In addition to falsely advertising the product I purchased, there is (in red) a statement at the top of ZTOstore's website proclaiming, "Free Shipping and No Sales Tax," with no fine print specifying that only certain items apply. I was surprised at checkout that I was going to have to pay shipping.
