my wife called to get the ducts cleaned using a 34.99$ "whole house" coupon, regular priced @189.99$ cleaning. once they got to our home they began trying to upgrade the cleaning package, which was sort of expected but he did so in (as my wife told me) a real pushy way. because of the price she was quoted she had 50$ cash to pay, 40$ for the service plus 10$ for a tip (we tip all service type workers that work in our home). he told her we could have the entire house done for 150$ and pay over a 3 month period by sending in payments (40,40,30)which would have been cool if it worked the way he explained it to her so she agreed and he got to work.......

once he was done he demanded 150$ and said he couldn't leave without it. she reminded him about what he told her about the payments. he laughed. and continued even telling her to give him 3 post dated checks.she finally got him to leave or so she thought .he sat out in front of my house and called his very unprofessional dispatcher/receptionist and after 30 minutes he put her on the phone to talk to my wife. she threatened to call a collection agency and the cops. when my wife said "how about i call the cops " he left in a hurry with 40$ cash and no tip. i wish he were still there when i got home. on top of all that he kinda did a terrible job, which makes me wonder what kind of scam they are running.
