First we call someone in purchasing. We claim to be referred by the CFO/Controller/Other Financial Professional at your company. We offer you great deals. You think you are getting a price per dozen. My salespeople are giving you the price for each. You think you are ordering only a dozen items. We send you a GROSS (144=12 x 12 dozen) of the items. You end up with a pallet of supplies when you wanted maybe a box. You get a bill for $5000 when you are expecting less than $100. We keep changing names every time we get in trouble with the State Attorney General's office. The company has been around about 15-20 years. We are all owned by Richie Holof (myself), Michael O'Keefe, Eric Bravo or Shannon Ferrall. My direct email was [email protected] you might be able to reach me at [email protected]. I can tell this really wasn't written by Richie. He hasn't an honest bone in his body, and this is all true.
I've also seen the newest company name written as Allstate Office Supply Inc. These scammers often select names that are similar to those of legitimate companies already in existence. I believe the business at 1100 S Powerline Drive in Deerfield Beach, FL has also been renamed Allstate Office Supply Inc. (changed from South Bay Office Products Inc.). The telephone number there is 954-834-5370. If you get a call from this number, beware that you don't fall victim to their scam. They place several calls beforehand to collect names of employees in your company, including the Controller and Purchaser, so when they later call to solicit an order, they refer to people in your company by name and sometimes pretend to know them personally.
You cannot reach these people through their worthless websites, either, because there is no contact information listed. But they post meaningless blogs all over the web. It's deplorable that these crooks have been allowed to stay in business so long. Just take a look at all of the complaints against them on Ripoff Report and read the assessment given them by the Better Business Bureau, which gives them an F rating. |

All States Office Supply was formerly named Tornado Office Systems, too, among other things. Sometimes they give a fictitious name over the phone and then claim they are liquidating in advance of moving and re-naming their business. You can see for yourself the low ratings they were given by the Better Business Bureau and the numerous complaints lodged against them while using the names Office Etc, Tornado Office Systems and South Bay Office Products.
They have new websites under the name All States Office Supply and continue to post blogs all over the Internet. |
